Damian Jasica

Chairman of the Supervisory Board (independent member)

Mr. Damian Jasica specializes in analyzes and strategic consulting. The industries in which he has experience in the field of management and financial analysis are computer games, architecture, construction and food. He is the chairman of the supervisory boards of Tower Investments S.A., Deli 2 S.A. and a member of the supervisory board of Manufaktura Gessler S.A. Previously, he was the vice-chairman of the board at Miraculum S.A. and chairman of the audit committee at 1C Entertainment S.A. He has experience in financial management and corporate governance. In addition, as part of various structures of capital companies, he advised on financial management, process automation, including the implementation of ERP programs and introducing products to the market. He graduated from the Jagiellonian University in the field of management with a master's degree in finance and controlling. He is an ordinary member of the Association of Stock Exchange Issuers.

Marcin Duszyński

Member (independent member until February 2024, after which he lost his independence due to having served on the Supervisory Board for more than 12 years)

Co-founder and CEO of Capital One Advisers sp. z o.o., President of the Board of Directors of the NewConnect Authorized Advisers Association.

At Capital One Advisers he is responsible for overseeing day-to-day advisory projects, particularly in the areas of strategic consulting, mergers and acquisitions, sale of companies, non-public offerings, cooperation in listing companies on NewConnect, preparation of advanced financial models and company valuations. He has worked for many clients, including those in the new technology sector: Grupa Vectra S.A., ABG Sterprojekt S.A., Eurotax.pl S.A., Medicalgorithmics S.A. and others. Earlier, in 2000-2002, he served as director of the Warsaw office of private equity funds managed by Advent International, where he was responsible for the ownership supervision of portfolio companies and the implementation of investment projects in Poland. From 1997 to 2000, he headed the Warsaw office of Communications Equity Associates, an American consulting firm, leading projects related to financing and M&A transactions in the IT, media and telecommunications sectors. Previously, he worked at leading private equity funds in Poland: Polish-American Enterprise Investors Fund, and even earlier, from 1994, as an Associate and then Investment Manager at the Innova Capital fund. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA.

Marcin Duszynski met the independence criterion until February 2024, after which he lost his independence due to having served on the Supervisory Board for more than 12 years.

Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn

Ms. Anna Podkowińska-Tretyn is an independent Member of the Vivid Games Supervisory Board, Chairwoman of the Mindgram Supervisory Board, former Member of the Supervisory Boards of IAB Poland and Online Technologies. She is an experienced business leader, passionate about people and business development with 20 years of experience in building and managing organizations in the media, e-commerce and new technology sectors. She also currently serves as Country Director of Too Good Too Go, previously Chief Business International Officer of Everly. Previously responsible for digital transformation and M&A of Burda International in Poland and Czech Republic as Chief Digital Officer.Previously, she served as online Chief Commercial Officer at Agora S.A. and CEO of Trader.com Poland. She was recognized in the report "Strong Woman in IT 2023. Global Edition Report) and the Sifted report "200+ female angel investors in Europe 2023".
She is actively involved in many initiatives for women and supports organizations such as Vital Voices, Entrepreneurial Women's Club and many others. She also serves as a mentor in many start-up projects and competitions, especially in programs supporting women.
She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH), an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School, Barcelona.

Wojciech Humiński

Member (independent member)

Mr. Wojciech Humiński has a university degree in economics obtained at the University of Economics. Oskar Lange in Wrocław, the University of Wrocław and ICAN Institute as well as qualifications in the field of development and transformation of enterprises. Mr. Wojciech Humiński is currently a member of the Management Board of TestArmy Group S.A. in Wrocław, which does not constitute a competitive activity against the Issuer. Previously, Mr. Wojciech Humiński was a member of Euro Bank S.A .: vice-president of the management board (in 2006-2019), managing director (in 2005-2006) and director of the product development department (in 2003-2005).

Andrzej Chrzanowski

Member (independent member)

An advocate with 20 years of experience in corporate consulting and representing parties in court proceedings. Professionally, he focuses on advising on M&A transactions, legal aspects of video game production and distribution, and representing business entities in disputes arising from various types of contracts. He is a member of the Polish Games Association and the Association of Producers and Distributors of Entertainment Software.
He gained professional experience in Weil, Gotshal & Manges, Associate (2001-2006) and Krawczyk i Wspólnicy (Senior Lawyer, then Partner 2006-2011). Since 2012, he has been a Partner at the Kancelaria Krassowski in Warsaw. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he completed his legal training at the Bar Association in Warsaw. He also completed a course in American Law at the Center for American Law at the University of Warsaw and a course in comparative law at the Faculty of Comparative Law at the University of Strasbourg.
